截至目前，LGBT Great的导师计划已将400多名参与者与100多家组织、18个国家的导师联系起来。
LGBT Great的导师计划通过将学员与来自世界各地不同组织和地区的LGBTQ+人士和盟友导师联系起来发挥作用。
该计划还提供反向导师机会，以更深入了解作为LGBTQ+人士的体验。
如何运作
- 查看我们的导师目录，搜索可用的导师。
- 通过完成“成为导师”申请表成为导师。
- 通过完成“请求导师”申请表从导师目录中请求导师。
- 完成我们的加入导师池申请表的参与者将与LGBT Great社区中的学员/导师配对。匹配基于共同的兴趣和抱负。
- 申请全年开放，匹配按滚动方式进行。
- 申请需通过上述链接进行。

About LGBT Great's Mentoring Programme
LGBT Great's Mentoring Programme has connected 400+ participants across 100+organisation in 18 countries to date.
LGBT Great’s Mentoring Programme works by connecting Mentees with Mentors (LGBTQ+ and allies) across different organisations and regions around the world.
The programme also serves as a reverse mentoring opportunity to find out more about the experience of walking in an LGBTQ+ person's shoes.
How it works
- View our Mentor Directory to search for available Mentors.
- Become a Mentor by completing a Become a Mentor application form.
- Request a Mentor from the Mentor Directory by completing a Request a Mentor application form.
- Participants who complete our Join our Mentoring Pool application form will be paired with Mentees / Mentors in LGBT Great’s community. Matches are made based on overlapping interests and aspirations.
- Applications are open throughout the year and matches are made on a rolling basis.
- Applications are to be made via the above links.
