Responsibilities
负责管理医院编码运营团队。提供关于编码流程、部门内病历审查请求和质量改进计划的日常更新。确保符合内部政策和程序以及监管机构的要求。协助制定政策和程序，以促进及时编码和准确报销。
Qualifications
Education
· 需要高中文凭或同等学历（GED）
Work Experience
· 需要4年医院编码/HIM住院和/或门诊编码经验
- 医疗保健相关领域的管理/监督经验优先
- 专科医院编码经验优先
- 在医院编码环境中跨多个专科进行编码的经验以及远程编码经验优先
Licenses and Certifications
· 需要以下一项或多项认证：入职时必须拥有
- RHIA - 注册健康信息管理员 或
- RHIT - 注册健康信息技术员

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Hospital Coding Operations team. Provide daily updates regarding coding processes, intra-departmental chart review requests and quality improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures and governing agencies. Assists with developing policies and procedures to facilitate timely coding and accurate reimbursement.Qualifications
Education· H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
· 4 years of Hospital Coding/HIM Inpatient and/or Outpatient coding experience Required
- Management/Supervisory experience in healthcare related field Preferred
- Specialty Hospital Coding experience Preferred
- Experience in coding across multiple specialties within a hospital coding environment and remote coding experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
· One or more of the following certifications: Upon Hire Required
- RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator or
- RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician
- CCS-Certified Coding Specialist
