TL:DR: We're hiring an HR Business Partner to work with our Tech organization, supporting through an extraordinary phase of growth.

- Real ownership, with a built-in partner. You'll own relationships and priorities while working in an HRBP pod - giving you someone to bounce ideas off, share the load when needed, and provide seamless cover when you're away.
- An exciting moment to join. We're scaling incredibly quickly, with strong pull from the business for People partnership and no shortage of high-impact problems to solve.
Our titles are deliberately flat. We're looking for an experienced HRBP who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and thrive in a highly collaborative team.

- People strategy: Shape priorities and build new ways of working as we scale
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has strong HRBP experience: 5+ years as an HRBP or People Partner
- Knows technical organizations: Has partnered with Engineering, Research, or similarly technical teams
- Has scaled: Has worked in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment
- Thinks globally: Has supported distributed teams and leaders
- Writes exceptionally well: Clear, concise written communication is core to how we operate and influence
- Is pro-team: Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:

- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
