- 需提供展示出色视觉沟通能力、精确的字体层次和结构化布局系统的作品集
- 有制药或医疗行业经验者优先，具备将复杂科学内容转化为清晰视觉系统的能力
- 精通 InDesign、Illustrator 和 Photoshop
- 具备优秀的布局技能，有强烈意愿和热情掌握 PowerPoint 作为高端设计工具
- 具备出色的客户沟通能力、战略问题解决能力和完整的项目管理能力

The Role
Lead visual strategy and end-to-end execution for high-stakes healthcare communications. Acting as both strategist and designer, you will distill complex medical content into sharp, structured design systems and own projects from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive conceptualization and hands-on design across detail aids, long-form collateral, interactive eLearning modules, and sales training materials
- Enforce and elevate existing brand frameworks with pristine typography, visual hierarchy, and precise layout systems
- Provide strategic design recommendations, own projects end-to-end, and deliver precise, high-stakes work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience required
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, precise typographic hierarchy, and structured layout systems
- Pharma or healthcare experience preferred, with a proven ability to distill complex science into clear visual systems
- Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Expert layout skills, with a strong willingness and enthusiasm to master PowerPoint as a high-end design tool
- Strong client-facing communication, strategic problem-solving, and complete project ownership

Salary Range: $75K - $100K per year.
