As the Assessment Content Product Manager, Reach, you will own the assessment strategy behind how Riverside identifies student potential and places students in the right program — setting and driving the content roadmap for CogAT, the Iowa Assessments, easyCBM, IAAT/GMRT, and the next generation of measures that will define the Potential & Placement portfolio.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Product, partnering closely with the Reach engineering team, the Research team, and the author groups behind CogAT, Iowa, and easyCBM. This is a strategy-and-execution role: you'll scan the market for new ways to measure student potential, build the roadmap and business case for what's next, and then stay hands-on through requirements, build oversight, and launch.
You'll own this strategy end to end — from identifying what belongs on the roadmap, to building the case for it, to making sure every assessment we ship works for the students and educators who rely on it. If you want to define how an entire market identifies and places student potential, this is that role.
