我们寻找的人才
· 2年以上专业视频剪辑经验，最好是具有TikTok、Instagram Reels、Facebook和/或YouTube Shorts创作经验。

· 对节奏、叙事和观众留存有深刻理解——你关心为什么一个视频表现好而另一个不好。
· 精通Adobe Premiere Pro。

We're looking for talented Short Form Video Editors to join our team in a full-time, long-term role. If you're excited about content, creator culture, and helping ambitious brands scale, we'd love to talk.
This Is More Than Just an Editing Role
We're not looking for someone who simply waits to be handed timestamps or clips to edit.
A major part of this role is reviewing long-form content, identifying the strongest moments, and understanding what has the potential to perform on social media.
You'll turn podcasts, interviews, and YouTube videos into engaging short-form content by finding compelling hooks, stories, and moments that make people stop scrolling and keep watching.

What You'll Do
· Review long-form content and identify the strongest moments, hooks, and stories for short-form.
· Edit engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
· Own the editing and content needs of a set group of clients, consistently delivering high-quality work on deadline.
· Implement feedback and revisions from our internal team and clients.
· Stay current with social media trends, editing styles, hooks, storytelling, and retention techniques.
· Bring new ideas to the team and continuously look for ways to improve the content you create.
What We're Looking For
· 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally with strong experience creating for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and/or YouTube Shorts.
· A strong eye for identifying hooks and compelling moments from long-form content.
· Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention — you care about why one video performs while another doesn't.
· Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
· Fluent written and spoken English.
· Dependable and accountable: you communicate when something comes up and take ownership of your work.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to implement feedback accurately.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and organized.
· Stable high-speed internet and a computer capable of professional video editing.
· Most importantly, you're looking to build a long-term career with a growing team, not simply pick up another freelance client.
