The role involves leading and developing the program management leadership team, ensuring accountability for goals and results while fostering a strong organizational culture. It will define and drive the operational vision for program excellence, integrating systems and processes to improve delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, it involves collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer to align operations with growth initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability. In addition to partnering with the CGO, this individual must demonstrate the ability to relate well to a diverse group of stakeholders. This leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of AL and develop the character and competence necessary to cultivate program management excellence.
Important Details
- Full time, 40 hours per week.
- Remote position open to candidates across all U.S. time zones.
- Proven experience leading through multiple layers of leadership, including developing and holding accountable leaders who manage other employees.
- 5 to 7 years experience in multifamily or industry leadership, business development, or program management.
- 3 to 5 years experience leading a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Asana a plus.
Responsibilities:
- LMA (Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable) + Culture - Lead and develop the program management leadership team. Coach, direct, and hold leaders accountable for clear goals, activity, and results. Set the tone for program management culture, ensuring expectations, values, and excellence are modeled and carried consistently throughout the broader team.
- Own & drive the operational vision – Define and steward the vision for program excellence, training, and delivery in alignment with organizational strategy and to meet organizational goals.
- Integrate & align program management functions – Ensure program management and training functions operate as a cohesive system that delivers consistent quality and impact.
- Strengthen systems & processes – Champion scalable systems, processes, and tools that improve program delivery, coordinator development, client satisfaction, and the expansion of people impact.
- Partner with the CGO to enable sustainable growth – Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer to align operational capacity with growth initiatives, ensuring expansion is strategic, scalable, and sustainable. Model and champion strong cross-functional partnership, setting clear expectations for healthy communication, shared ownership of goals, and collaborative problem-solving.
