- 对SAP Business One核心模块和核心附加组件有扎实的专业知识
- 具备以下实际操作经验：
- Microsoft SQL Server 或 SAP HANA
- Crystal Reports
- 业务流程分析与优化
技能与素质
- 英语流利或为母语水平
- 其他语言能力非常受重视
- 强烈的以客户为中心的思维
- 优秀的沟通能力和利益相关者管理技能
- 领导力和指导能力

As our global business continues to evolve, we are building connections with experienced SAP Business One professionals who may be interested in future opportunities within our consulting organization.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is intended to help us connect with talented individuals in the Philippines for potential upcoming opportunities. While we may not have immediate active hiring requirements today, we are proactively building our talent network for anticipated future growth.
If you are passionate about supporting ERP solutions, partnering with customers to optimize business processes, and working within a global consulting environment, we would welcome your profile.
What You Could Be Working On
As a Support Consultant, responsibilities may include:
- Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
- Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.
- Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting and/or support experience
- Strong expertise across SAP Business One core modules and core add-ons
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA
- Crystal Reports
- Business process analysis and optimization
Skills & Attributes
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency
- Additional languages are highly valued
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to thrive in multicultural and globally distributed teams
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
