JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The S2C Software Support Specialist provides day-to-day support for platform configuration and system administration within Upstream Source-to-Contract functions, including supplier record integration and credentialing system support. This role maintains supplier attributes across property accounting systems, supports troubleshooting for assigned systems, and partners with the Sr. S2C Software Support Specialist to ensure consistent, compliant platform support.JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Support & Compliance Integration
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of the supplier management platform, bidding tools, and CLM systems, including ongoing training on these systems.
- Maintain supplier record integration and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with owner requirements.
- Maintain working knowledge of system-driven supplier qualification requirements to ensure consistent process adherence.
Help Desk & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Provide ongoing platform support by maintaining the Help Desk queue and responding to tickets and emails within established timeframes.
- Interact with accounting, IT, and operations departments to ensure system changes and processes are understood and followed.
- Escalate complex or higher-priority technical issues to the Sr. S2C Software Support Specialist or Manager, S2C – Software Support, as needed.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Complete financial, administrative, and other reports and analyses as assigned.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement through review and feedback on system configuration and support processes.
- Maintain relationships with team members and technology partners to support consistent execution.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in procurement systems, compliance technology, or a related technical support role preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned system support tasks.
- Comfortable managing a Help Desk queue and responding to routine technical tickets within SLA.
- Effective, clear communicator with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Eager to learn procurement systems and compliance technology; open to coaching from senior team members.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing system support requests.
The hourly range for this position is $27.00 - $28.50.
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
