- JOB TITLE: Associate Attorney
- BUSINESS UNIT: Legal
- LOCATION: Remote
- TRAVEL REQUIRED: Court Related
- POSITION REPORTS TO: Managing Attorney
- POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full- Time Exempt, Professional
- PAY RANGE: $100,000 - $125,000 (* ~range: qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration)

What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Attorney for Evictions, you will:
- Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings.
- Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
What You Bring
- Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
- 3+ years of evictions experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
- Experience working in a role that focuses on Evictions and/or Collections.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
- Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.
Location & Travel
- Location: Remote
- Travel: Court-related travel may be required
Conditions of Work:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods
- Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
- Ability to multi-task
