- 学习并使用GuestReady的工具和流程，高效处理案例。
- 通过提供小贴士、安排特殊需求或创造性解决方案来让客人满意。
🛠 所需条件
- 葡萄牙语和英语流利（西班牙语/法语为加分项）。
- 有酒店业、客户服务或类似岗位的经验。
- 主动、独立且具有解决问题的思维。
- 熟悉数字工具和技术平台。
- 可以在欧洲夜间时段工作。

📌 Role Overview
We are looking for a Philippines-based freelance Guest Experience Specialist to join our Night Operations Team. You’ll provide 24/7 support to guests during European night hours, ensuring smooth stays and excellent service.
If you love hospitality, solving problems, and communicating clearly, this role is for you. You’ll handle guest inquiries, resolve booking issues, and collaborate with local and international teams — all from the comfort of your home in Philippines.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional support via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve booking-related issues: date changes, payment errors, or double bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests with active reservations.
- Coordinate with local teams to solve urgent problems (maintenance, cleaning, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Follow up to ensure guests’ issues are fully resolved.
- Learn and use GuestReady’s tools and processes to handle cases efficiently.
- Delight guests by offering tips, arranging special requests, or creative solutions.
🛠 What You’ll Need
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish/French is a plus).
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
- Proactive, independent, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable with digital tools and tech platforms.
- Available to work European night hours.
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
