职位 – 你的贡献
· 设计、构建和部署 AI 和生成式 AI 解决方案（例如基于 LLM 的应用、聊天机器人、智能系统）
· 开发和优化提示工程策略，包括评估和迭代
· 使用向量数据库构建 RAG 流水线
· 将 LLM 和 AI 模型集成到基于云的应用和 API 中
· 实现基于代理的工作流程和 AI 自动化解决方案
· 持续研究、评估并应用新的 AI 工具、模型和框架
要求 – 你需要的经验
· 在 AI 应用开发中具备扎实的 Python 经验
· 具备 LLM 和生成式 AI 的实际经验（例如 OpenAI、开源模型）
· 在生产使用案例中具备提示工程的实际经验
· 具备 LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex 或类似框架的经验
· 具备设计和实施 RAG 架构的经验，并熟悉向量数据库（例如 Qdrant、Pinecone、Weaviate）
· 具备在云环境中构建和部署 AI 驱动应用的经验（AWS、Azure 或 GCP）

Project – the aim you’ll have
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team and work on innovative projects for our clients. Our mission is to help organizations unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence and Generative AI, delivering real business value through modern AI-driven solutions.
You will work on diverse projects, ranging from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployments, with a strong focus on LLM-based applications, intelligent automation, and AI-powered products. As a consulting-driven team, we collaborate closely with clients, combining technical expertise with business understanding to deliver impactful solutions.

Position – how you’ll contribute
· Designing, building, and deploying AI and Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLM-powered applications, chatbots, intelligent systems)
· Developing and optimizing prompt engineering strategies, including evaluation and iteration
· Building RAG pipelines using vector databases
· Integrating LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs
· Implementing agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions
· Continuously researching, evaluating, and applying new AI tools, models, and frameworks
Expectations – the experience you need
· Strong experience with Python for AI application development
· Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models)
· Practical experience with prompt engineering in production use cases
· Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
· Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)
· Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
· Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
· Ability to speak and write in English
