Primary Function of Position
The da Vinci® Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving growth of the da Vinci Surgical System across key healthcare accounts, with a primary focus on CommonSpirit. This role partners with ASC leadership, health systems, IDNs, GPOs, and investor-owned healthcare organizations to expand robotic surgery adoption, increase procedure utilization, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
The KAM serves as the primary corporate contact for designated accounts, leading contract negotiations, developing growth strategies, and collaborating closely with regional sales leadership to accelerate da Vinci system placement and utilization in the outpatient setting.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for ASC organizations, IDNs, GPOs, and investor-owned healthcare groups.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on ASC growth and robotic surgery adoption.
· Drive system sales and increased procedure utilization within existing and new customer accounts.
· Build relationships with key executives, administrators, physicians, and surgeon champions.
· Lead contract negotiations and corporate-level sales discussions.
· Partner with regional da Vinci Sales Managers to identify and execute growth opportunities.
· Deliver customer presentations, business reviews, and product demonstrations.
· Participate in forecasting, sales planning, and national sales initiatives.
· Manage customer relationships and territory expenses within budget.
· Travel extensively to support customer and business needs.
Required Skills and Experience
· Bachelor's degree required
· 5+ years of capital medical equipment or medical device sales experience.
· Proven ability to build relationships and influence healthcare decision-makers.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in hospital and ASC environments as needed.
· Experience selling into or supporting Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
· Knowledge of ASC business models and outpatient procedural trends.
· National Account, IDN, or GPO experience.
· Capital equipment sales and/or sales management experience.
· Knowledge of major healthcare systems and investor-owned healthcare groups.

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
