**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Project Controls Engineer/Specialist** to join our team! In this role you will get to develop, establish, and maintain all aspects of the cost control effort on a portfolio of complex and demanding projects.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Program life cycle activities from project setup, maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial monthly projections and support month end close
- Support Quarterly Deep Dive, AOP, and monthly forecast
- Develop and Maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC) and assist in accurate projections of Estimates to Complete (ETC)
- Reporting and variance analysis to include Revenue, Profit, cash backlog and Risk and Opportunities
- Detailed analysis and validation of financial data to ensure accuracy and reasonableness
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field).
- 3-5+ years of related work experience, or equivalent work experience required
- Experience using Excel, Forecasting Tools, PowerBi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
- Costpoint, Cognos, Oracle EPM experience desired
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies is preferred

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
