Requirements
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in software development, customer support, or emergency services
- Knowledge of fire/EMS operations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with records management systems
- Understanding of NERIS and NEMSIS standards
- Experience with cloud-based software solutions
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
