What You’ll Do
CoreWeave powers the world's most demanding AI infrastructure — and this critical capability requires a sophisticated, privacy-first approach to e-Discovery and Insider Risk. The Insider Risk Team exists to safeguard CoreWeave’s specialized high-performance computing infrastructure and proprietary intellectual property that power the world’s most advanced AI breakthroughs. You’ll lead the evolution of our eDiscovery capabilities, bridging the gap between technical detection, forensic rigor, and corporate governance.
On this team, you will:

  • Identify and collect massive amounts of data from company infrastructure, cloud storage, laptops, and other tools in support of investigations and Legal activities.
  • Mitigate risks by ensuring the company complies with strict legal data privacy and retention laws.
  • Provide investigation support, by filtering raw data to isolate key evidence, transforming messy telemetry into clear timelines for security and legal teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the eDiscovery process for the enterprise, ensuring that all relevant data is collected, processed, and reviewed in compliance with legal standards.
  • Leading forensic analysis for Insider RIsk investigations and coordinating digital forensics in support of Legal activities.
  • Architecting and building AI-powered automation tooling that drives how CoreWeave aggregates and preserves data.
  • Designing and tuning the governance policies of the eDiscovery Program, Investigations, and data classification.
  • Leverage AI, analytics, and multi-language technology across eDiscovery, forensics, due diligence, privacy, managed review, and investigation projects.
  • Supporting Litigation Holds at direction of the Legal team, to include preserving communications and files relevant to active or potential lawsuits.
  • Selecting (or building), implementing, and maintaining specialized eDiscovery software and digital forensics tools.
  • Providing direct support during active insider threat cases by spinning up target collections, executing deep-dive forensic searches, and extracting digital evidence on demand.
  • Building automated scripts to stitch disparate user activity logs from endpoints, identity management systems, and repositories into a seamless, chronologically accurate timeline for investigators.
  • Safely extracting and formatting highly complex data payloads into structured reports that Insider Risk, Human Resources, and Legal partners can immediately interpret and act upon.

Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. We'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and interests and what you’re excited to work on next.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Security Operation and 4+ years of eDiscovery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery principles (EDRM) and Legal Hold Administration and management.
  • Deep proficiency in analyzing and querying cloud audit logs to reconstruct user activity.
  • Experience handling unstructured data extraction, normalization, and indexing at massive, cloud-native scale.
  • Deep technical experience managing enterprise eDiscovery platforms, digital forensics software, and SIEM infrastructure.
  • Direct experience executing data collections, preserving evidence, and formatting data packages under strict digital chain-of-custody protocols.
  • Proficiency in at least one query language (e.g., SQL, ES/QL).
  • Ability to script or automate in programming languages (e.g., Python, Go) to accelerate API integrations and collection workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data classification frameworks and the technical implementation of data labeling/tagging.
  • Familiarity with global privacy regulations (e.g.GDPR, CCPA) and the technical requirements for compliant data handling.
  • Experience operating in high-sensitivity environments requiring strong judgment around privacy, ethics, and employee trust.

Please note that this role is not a typical 9-5 job. There will be instances where your skills are needed outside of business hours. If building a world-class eDiscovery Program and directly supporting Insider Risk investigations is what gets you going, we'd love to connect.
