要求包括：
- 商业或会计学士学位（或同等经验）
- 在美国公司有3-5年应付账款或一般会计经验，最好是电商、流媒体或IT行业
- 3年以上管理经验
- 熟悉一般会计原则（应付账款、应收账款、总账）
- 高度熟练使用 Microsoft Excel、Power BI、Quickbooks
- 俄语和英语流利

The Payment Processing Manager is responsible for overall management and supervision of the payment processing functions. The manager oversees a team of 4 and is responsible for ensuring that the department provides quality services in terms of timeliness, preciseness and accuracy of all payments and reports. The Payment Processing team is accountable to the Finance Division head.
- Plan, direct and supervise the payment processing functions
- Prepare payment processing reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Oversee collection and maintenance of data and statistics and other internal reporting requirements
- Evaluate current systems and workflows and recommend changes and improvements
- Interpret and implement program policies and procedures, including consultation with legal counsel as necessary
- Oversee staff training and curriculum including new policies and procedures
- Evaluate and provide timely feedback to staff on performance-related matters
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 3 - 5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience in American companies, preferably e-commerce, streaming or IT
- 3+ management experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger)
- Highly proficience in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Quickbooks
- Fluent Russian and English
