- 社区管理与留存
- 领导OFWS WhatsApp社区的日常互动,激发针对目标受众的有意义对话。
- 管理成员沟通、邮件更新、活动提醒、会话链接和资源整理。
- 亲自联系缺席成员,打破参与障碍,最大化留存率。
- 参加每周L10会议,对齐社区目标和运营更新。
- 活动协调与执行
- 组织并管理虚拟导师计划和我们的旗舰线下活动SEEN。
- 在活动前后及期间,作为赞助商、导师和参与者的主要运营联络人。
- 处理活动物流、跟踪注册,并确保从头到尾的顺利执行。
- 营销与系统执行
- 使用GoHighLevel(GHL)和Claude等工具安排并发布预先创建的营销素材。
- 撰写吸引人的标题,主持讨论,并及时回复私信和评论。
- 监测参与模式,并提供见解以优化未来的社区活动。

About the Role
The Community & Event Coordinator Lead is the operational heartbeat of the On Fridays We Scale (OFWS) community. You will be the face of our network—keeping daily conversations vibrant, nurturing relationships, executing seamless events, and maintaining community momentum.
You will work directly alongside our Founder, Khryzza Kelley, and our core team. While the marketing team generates strategies and creative assets, you are the driver who brings execution to life. This is not an entry-level content creation role; it is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for an experienced Virtual Assistant who understands event management, business dynamics, and community growth.
Schedule & Onboarding
- Standard Hours: 20 hours/week (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM shift)
- Week 1 Onboarding Special Hours (25 hrs total):
- Monday, Sep 21: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Sep 22: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Wednesday, Sep 23: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Target Start Date: Late next week
What You’ll Do
- Community Management & Retention
- Lead daily engagement inside the OFWS WhatsApp community, sparking meaningful conversations tailored to our target audience.
- Manage member communications, email updates, event reminders, session links, and resource organization.
- Personally check in with absent members to break down participation barriers and maximize retention.
- Participate in weekly L10 meetings to align on community goals and operational updates.
- Event Coordination & Execution
- Organize and manage virtual masterminds and our flagship in-person event, SEEN.
- Act as the primary operational liaison for sponsors, facilitators, and attendees before, during, and after events.
- Handle event logistics, track registrations, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Marketing & Systems Execution
- Schedule and publish pre-created marketing assets using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) and Claude.
- Write engaging captions, moderate discussions, and respond promptly to DMs and comments.
- Monitor engagement patterns and provide insights to refine future community campaigns.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Experienced Professional: Experienced Virtual Assistant (not open to fresh grads) with a proven track record organizing events.
- Industry Savvy: Familiar with the Women in Business space, including customer avatars, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and AI tools like Claude.
- High Detail & Organization: Exceptional organization skills; former student leadership experience is a big bonus.
- Dedicated Capacity: You have the full capacity and focus for this role (working another part-time job is fine, but you cannot be balancing a full-time position elsewhere).
