主要职责
全球股权计划管理

The Stock Plan Manager is responsible for the administration, compliance, accounting support, and operational management of the company's global equity compensation programs. This role supports the day-to-day administration of stock plans for employees, executives, and directors across 14 countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, securities, accounting, and corporate governance requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in global equity programs, public company reporting obligations, and Equity Edge Online administration experience.

Remote- Work partial Pacific Time hours
3 days a quarter that you may need to work US Pacific time 10am to 4 or 5am with several breaks in there of course & twice a year 10am to 12am
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Equity Plan Administration
▪ Manage day-to-day administration of all equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs), and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs).
▪ Administer grants, vesting events, releases, cancellations, and terminations.
▪ Ensure accurate participant records across all stock plan systems and brokerage platforms.
▪ Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to support equity-related activities globally.
Global Compliance and Tax
▪ Assist with equity compliance across 14 countries, including tax withholding obligations and local filings and registrations.
▪ Monitor regulatory developments and recommend plan changes when necessary.
Payroll Integration
▪ Partner closely with Global Payroll to ensure accurate taxation and reporting of equity income.
▪ Review and reconcile taxable events and tax withholding calculations.
▪ Support payroll audits and quarter-end / year-end reporting activities.
Financial Reporting and Accounting Support
▪ Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support ASC 718 stock compensation accounting, quarterly and
annual close processes, share-based compensation disclosures, and equity roll-forward schedules.
▪ Reconcile stock plan records to accounting reports and transfer agent records.
▪ Support internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
Equity Program Operations
▪ Manage annual equity processing, including new hire grants, promotion grants, annual refresh grants, and
performance award settlements.
▪ Assist with share reserve forecasting and dilution analysis.Process Improvement
▪ Identify opportunities to improve scalability, controls, and participant experience.
▪ Document and maintain stock plan procedures and internal controls.
▪ Propose implementation of automated solutions and process enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
▪ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ 8-15+ years of stock plan administration experience, preferably in a public company environment.
▪ Experience with ESPP and RSU administration.
▪ Experience administering global equity programs across multiple countries.
▪ Experience with Equity Edge Online
▪ Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred
▪ Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
▪ Knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements.
▪ Experience managing multinational equity programs in 10+ countries.
▪ Strong understanding of:
– SEC reporting requirements
– Section 16 compliance
– Rule 144
– Rule 10b5-1 plans
– Global equity taxation
