您将负责的工作：
构建可扩展的后端服务。我们的技术栈包括 Rails 7、Go、Sidekiq、REST、AWS、Docker；
设计和构建由我们的前端和外部交易者使用的高吞吐量 API；
主动确保代码的长期质量，并推动生产系统架构相关决策；
管理并维护数字资产的托管解决方案。确保在处理和存储数字资产（包括加密货币、代币和数字记录）时达到最高级别的安全性和合规性；
在各个产品开发阶段与其他工程师、产品经理和设计师合作；
改进工程标准、工具和流程。
我们寻找的人选：
计算机科学、工程或相关领域的学士或硕士学位；
了解构建和使用 API 的良好实践；
有 5 年以上构建可扩展分布式系统的经验，具有 Ruby 背景，Go 语言经验是加分项；
能够适应模糊性，并与团队成员共同制定解决方案；
您有条理、积极主动，可以自我管理；
了解区块链中的密码学和安全原则，以及加密货币的合规和监管框架。

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems, optimize transaction workflows, and enhance platform reliability and scalability.What you'll be doing:Architect and build scalable backend services. Our tech stack is Rails 7, Go, Sidekiq, REST, AWS, Docker;Design and build high-volume APIs used by our frontends and external traders;Take initiative to ensure the long-term quality of the code and drive decisions related to the architecture of production systems;Manage and maintain custody solutions for digital assets.
