任职要求
· 高中毕业或大学学历优先
- 具备专业且友好的沟通能力,能在客户面向的环境中茁壮成长
- 有条理且适应在家办公的工作环境
- 以客户为中心,具备良好的倾听和跟进能力
- 有销售、预约安排或客户面向经验者优先

Virtual Sales & Client Onboarding Representative
About the Role: Nuvant is hiring Virtual Sales & Client Onboarding Representatives to help new and prospective clients explore financial solutions that align with their personal or business goals. In this role, you’ll serve as a key first point of contact to introduce our services and guiding clients toward the next step.
Core Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients
- Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals
- Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps
- Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
· High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment
- Organized and comfortable working in a work from home setting
- A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus
