Our interdisciplinary team is constantly in search of talent that can add to our skill set, including in research, operations, engineering, data, and communications. Please submit an expression of interest if you are interested in working with us. We won’t scan applications on a regular basis, but we will reach out if there’s an open position we think you might be a good fit for.
Roles at Epoch AI
- Research roles (staff researchers, senior researchers and research managers) in diverse fields, such as economics, ML, and forecasting, among others.
- Operations roles (people, finance, or event operations, as well as generalists).
- Engineering roles (software engineers, ML engineers)
- Data roles (data analysts, data scientists, and similar).
- Communications (designer, editor)
- Please do apply if you have a skill set that you think would be valuable for Epoch AI, even if it doesn't fit well in the above categories! We are open to hiring for valuable roles we haven't yet thought of.
Epoch is fully remote, and we are able to hire in many countries. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants for most roles, with a strong preference for full-time candidates. Email if you have any questions.

While we welcome applicants from all time zones, you may be expected to attend meetings during working hours between UTC-8 and UTC+1 time zones, where most of our staff are based.
