全面参与必要的培训、测验和现场认证考试。
主动应用反馈并持续提升绩效。

精通俄语和/或乌克兰语及英语。
有客户服务/支持经验者优先。
出色的口头和书面沟通能力。
强烈的客户导向和专业态度。
必须保证100%出勤率，具有很强的准时性。
能够顺利完成所有培训和认证要求。
需具备安静可靠的远程工作环境及稳定的网络连接。
符合公司要求的 Windows 或 macOS 设备：
Windows 11 Pro，版本 25H2 或更新
macOS Sequoia/Tahoe 或更新

An enterprise client is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to support their growing international customer base. The ideal candidate is fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English, with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, commitment to punctuality and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and data security/confidentiality guidelines.
Participate fully in required training, quizzes, and live certification exams.
Proactively apply feedback and continuously improve performance.

Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
Previous customer service/support experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-focused and professional approach.
100% attendance and strong punctuality are required.
Ability to successfully complete all training and certification requirements.
Quiet and reliable remote workspace with a stable internet connection.
Company-compliant Windows or macOS device:· Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2 or newer
macOS Sequoia/Tahoe or newer

Working webcam and microphone.
Ability to consistently meet performance targets, including CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, Occupancy 80%+ and Punctuality 95%+.
