- 强大的2D艺术/插画和图标设计能力
- 对在界面中使用动画和特效有良好的审美
- 俄语和英语流利

We're a mobile games company with 8+ years on the market, 10M+ users, and a strong position in the casual mobile games niche. HQ in the EU (Cyprus), with a team distributed across Europe. We are growing and building out design leadership. We're looking for UI/UX Design Lead to own our UI/UX direction and lead the internal design team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the internal UI/UX team
- Own UI/UX design end-to-end for mobile games, from concept to final production assets
- Work closely with product, engineering, and game design to turn concepts into production-ready assets
- Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Build efficient processes for cross-team collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years as a UI/UX Design Lead in mobile game development
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals (visual, interaction, information architecture); able to design mobile interfaces from scratch
- Figma and Photoshop required; Unity a plus
- Strong 2D art/illustration and icon design skills
- Good eye for using animation and effects in interfaces
- Fluent in Russian and Englis
