你将负责（仅非语音支持）：
· 通过电子邮件和聊天为平台用户提供支持（不涉及电话！）
· 回答常见的“如何做”和常见问题类型的问题
· 协助处理账户管理和支付相关问题
· 以耐心和清晰的方式指导用户进行故障排除
· 固定期限合同，从11月6日到12月23日
我们寻找的人：
· 土耳其语（C1级别）和英语（C1级别）流利
· 有效的欧盟工作许可——在保加利亚工作所必需

What You'll Do (Non-Voice Support Only):
· Provide email and chat support (no phone calls!) to platform users
· Answer common "how-to" and FAQ-type questions
· Assist with account management and payment-related issues
· Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
· Fixed Term Contract from 6th of November till 23rd of December
What We’re Looking For:
· Fluency in Turkish (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
· Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
· Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
· Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
· Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
· A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
