Responsibilities:
· Review and breakout contract form Sales
· Create Submittal packets
· Order and distribute samples from vendor to customer
· Work closely with vendors on pricing and securing material needed for each project
· Setup project in SAP software
· Setup project and monitor in Monday.com
· Create purchase order logs for purchaser
· Track all materials to ensure materials are available to meet installation dates
· Set up will calls and deliveries for installers and field managers
· Key all orders in SAP software
· Create work orders and diagrams for installers
· Process installer payroll
· Communicate with vendors, installers, General Contractors

Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Project Coordination, or a related field
· Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
· Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
· Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions
· Superior written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Reliable and self-motivated team player
