We're expanding our Automation team and seeking a talented JavaScript Engineer to help us build and maintain robust end-to-end (E2E) testing frameworks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated E2E test scripts using JavaScript and WebdriverIO.
- Collaborate with the manual QA team to gather testing requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Quickly identify, detail, and report software defects to support rapid iteration and resolution.
- Contribute to improving our automation processes and tools for better efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid programming experience in JavaScript, including familiarity with Node.js for scripting and automation.
- Experience with E2E testing frameworks, such as WebdriverIO, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem recognition, and resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for understanding web application structures.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO specifically for E2E testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing techniques and best practices.
- Experience using JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or version control systems like Git.
