Director, Commercial Execution USA – Digital Health (Silent Cloud)

Join Sonova’s Digital Health team and help drive the commercial execution, adoption, and measurable growth of SilentCloud’s digital tinnitus health solution across the United States.
As the Director, Commercial Execution USA – Digital Health (Silent Cloud), you will own hands-on commercial execution across Veterans Affairs (VA), telehealth, POS/clinic partners, and payer partnerships. You will be accountable for translating clinical value into prescriptions, subscriptions, active usage, and scalable U.S. partnerships while operating within a complex and highly regulated healthcare environment.
This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare commercial leader who thrives on execution, accountability, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities

  • Execute the U.S. commercial strategy across Veterans Affairs (VA), telehealth, own POS, and commercial partners.
  • Own and deliver against key commercial KPIs, including prescriptions, activation, and active usage.
  • Monitor commercial performance and initiate corrective actions when performance is below expectations.
  • Drive execution and commercial growth within the VA healthcare system.
  • Build and develop payer and health insurance partnerships that support scalable adoption.
  • Manage telehealth and POS execution in accordance with applicable state regulations.
  • Lead engagement with audiologists, ENTs, telehealth providers, and institutional healthcare partners.
  • Execute trainings and manage key accounts to increase adoption and commercial performance.
  • Establish clear performance targets for commercial partners.
  • Track, manage, and hold partners accountable for agreed-upon performance expectations.
  • Track commercial KPIs using CRM and reporting tools and provide transparent reporting on performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Product, Legal, and Operations to support successful U.S. commercial execution.
  • Help translate clinical value into sustainable prescriptions, subscriptions, active usage, and long-term commercial partnerships.

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of U.S. healthcare and/or digital health commercial execution experience.
  • Experience working with or selling into the Veterans Affairs (VA) system and/or healthcare payers.
  • Strong commercial execution mindset with a highly KPI-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and commercial performance within the U.S. healthcare environment.
  • Experience developing and managing healthcare partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial execution within a regulated U.S. healthcare environment.
  • Senior-level presence and ability to build relationships with institutional healthcare partners.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and independent decision-making.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track activities, performance, and commercial KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States approximately 30–40%.

Compensation
Salary: $162,640.00 – $203,300.00
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.
