- 与专业网络保持有效联系，以获取合格的候选人；
- 主动致电候选人，了解他们对当前和未来工作机会的兴趣；
- 确保公司候选人员数据库保持最新，并管理这些记录；
- 跟进新老候选人，并让他们了解我们的最新机会；
职位要求：
- 具有2年以上（外部）招聘经验；
- 有招聘机构/猎头经验者优先；
- 在亚太、欧洲、中东及非洲（EMEA）及其他地区有经验者优先；
- 以目标为导向；
- 英语完全熟练；
- 外向性格；
- 优秀的计算机技能；
- 注重细节；
- 有达成并超越目标的经验；
- 擅长进行一对一面试和交流；

We are urgently looking for an IT Recruiter to enlarge our recruitment team in Colombo. As IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying candidates to suit our needs by using different platforms to conduct thorough research. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, professional media channels, job boards, and other resources;
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements;
- Maintain effective relationships with professional networks to source qualified candidates;
- Cold call candidates to gauge their interest in current and future job opportunities;
- Ensure the company's database of candidate records are up-to-date and administer them to complete these records;
- Follow up with new and existing candidates and keep them apprised of our latest opportunities;
Profile:
- +2 years of (external) recruitment experience;
- Candidates with recruitment agency/Headhunter experience is an advantage;
- Experience in APAC, EMEA, and other regions is an advantage;
- Target driven;
- Full proficiency in English;
- Out-going personality;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Experience in working to and exceeding targets;
- Comfortable in conducting one-on-one interviews and conversations;
