Position Details

- Schedule: School-day hours (aligned with student schedules)
- Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available
- Availability: 15-25 hrs a week

This is a remote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 schoolsettings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structuredonboarding, and dedicated internal support.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and implement interventions
- Develop goals and track student progress
- Complete documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
- Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
Scheduling
· Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Scheduling is aligned with student availability
- Structured caseloads and scheduling support
Requirements
Requirements
· Active Ohio license
- Department of Education (DOE) licensure
- Active Ohio BCI Background Check
- Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
- Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation
systems· Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
