我们寻找的你
- 本科及以上学历
- 在加密货币领域有3年以上增长/运营经验
- 有使用分析工具和报告的经验，如Google Analytics和Amplitude
- 有效的沟通能力和紧迫感，以帮助客户和内部满意度
- 中文流利

What You’ll Be Doing
- Service Excellence: Provide concierge-level support, rapid response to issues, and proactive guidance (market intel, platform tips).
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, serving as their main point of contact, advocating for them internally, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and a seamless experience.
- Events & Networking: Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of growth/operation experience in the Cryptocurrency space
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Effective communication and sense of urgency to aid clients and internal satisfaction
- Fluency in Mandarin
