Role Overview
The Senior Growth Automation Manager owns the day-to-day administration of the revenue tech stack that scales Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Marketing operations. The role bridges high-level process architecture and deep technical execution, translating complex cross-functional stakeholder requirements into scalable, silo-free workflows, and proactively engineering systemic solutions to operational challenges. Development of the automation infrastructure’s roadmap, and the launch of most complex workflows, is under the leadership of the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation.
Main Responsibilities
Systems Architecture & Technical Ownership:
- Process design & improvement: Drive automation and process-improvement programs that span multiple functions and directly impact organizational goals; framing the business case and securing senior stakeholder buy-in is led by the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation while implementation, adoption, and measurement of impact is led by the Sr. Growth Automation Manager.
- Platform administration: Hold day-to-day admin ownership of core go-to-market automation platforms: configuration, architecture, and health. Maintain deep working knowledge of Salesforce and partner with the central Systems team on platform boundaries and shared standards.
- Integrations: Under the leadership of the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation, design, maintain, and set the architectural pattern for integrations across the revenue tech stack, ensuring new integrations are consistent, scalable, and reusable across teams.
- Tech Stack evolution: Proactively assess the revenue systems stack and bring forward a data-driven point of view on what should be built, changed, or deprecated, including a clear recommendation.
- Innovation: Own structured evaluation and adoption of emerging revenue technology and specialized automation or enrichment platforms (e.g. Hook), maintaining a forward-looking perspective on what the team should consider in the next planning cycle. Decisions on integrating in tech stack reside with the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation, as well the Central System team.
Data Integrity & Governance:
- Own the data governance framework - accuracy, consistency, and integrity - across platforms, including synchronisation logic, data mappings, and property frameworks. Design the policies and standards that prevent upstream data problems organization-wide, not just within owned systems (Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation owns the enforcement among other teams).
- Define and own the QA and validation framework for automation workflows organization-wide, pre-launch checks, logic-stressing, and post-launch monitoring, and hold other contributors accountable to it.
Requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on, administrative-level experience managing enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, including at least 2 years operating at an expert or lead capacity (e.g., setting standards, owning architecture decisions, or mentoring others), with deep functional expertise in HubSpot configuration (advanced workflows, segmentations, third-party integrations, and core data architecture).
- Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce environment dependencies, including standard/custom data objects, multi-platform data synchronization logic, and advanced native reporting capabilities, at a level sufficient to set standards for others.
- A track record of being sought out as the go-to expert for evaluating, auditing, and adopting emerging revenue technology and specialized automation platforms (e.g. Hook), including instances of proactively initiating adoption rather than responding to a request.
- Experience utilizing data enrichment platforms (e.g. Clay) and the ability to read, write, or audit custom technical scripts (JavaScript, Python, or similar); experience mentoring others in these skills is considered a strong advantage.
Required Skills
- Expert-level systems thinking and process-mapping: able to originate and champion end-to-end workflow strategy, eliminate cross-functional silos and data redundancy at an organisational level, and identify structural problems before they surface as operational failures.
- Translates complex commercial requirements into system architecture clearly and credibly: builds buy-in from senior and cross-functional stakeholders by making technical trade-offs legible to non-technical audiences.
- Operates with high autonomy and independent judgment: resolves most technical conflicts and ambiguous architectural decisions without escalation, and documents design decisions clearly enough for others to build on.
- Transfers knowledge and raises capability in others: mentors colleagues outside a direct reporting line and acts as a credible role model for technical excellence and sound engineering judgment.
- Proactively identifies problems, forms an independent view, and proposes solutions with confidence, comfortable being the technical authority on complex architectural questions within the domain while remaining open to challenge and new approaches.
- Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.
