Destsetters, one of the leading hospitality consulting firms specializing in concept and strategy, is looking for Freelance Graphic Designers to join its exclusive pool of certified creators. Unlike typical freelance roles, this collaboration is designed for professionals who want to work on high-level deliverables that define the branding and identity of next-generation hotels and hospitality investments.
Through dedicated training and creative mentoring, you will learn to produce advanced visual materials that set new standards in the market. As part of our selected creators’ network, you will have the opportunity to work on unique hospitality projects, contributing to brand identities that combine creativity, strategy, and international positioning as well as gain access to exclusive networking events and high-qualaity seminars on hospitality industry.
Key Deliverables
- Logo & Brand Identity Design: Create logos and visual identities for new hospitality projects, aligned with strategic brand directions.
- Hotel Design Moodboards: Develop moodboards that combine aesthetics, design, and functionality, ensuring that the final result is both applicable and recognizable.
- High-Quality Deliverables: Produce branding and visual assets strictly following Destsetters’ Keynote templates and advanced design standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio (branding, presentations, and marketing material).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with visual storytelling for hospitality, real estate, or premium brands (a plus).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to training feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and innovative design thinking.
