The Opportunity
As our Growth Analyst, you'll own the measurement and analytics that help Allara acquire more patients efficiently. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll make our metrics trustworthy, explain what's driving performance, and turn insights into decisions across marketing channels, creative, landing pages, and onboarding. Your work will support our mission of providing comprehensive care for women with PCOS and hormonal imbalances.
You’ll be the day-to-day owner of growth analytics and marketing measurement, ensuring reliable data across our analytics and advertising platforms in partnership with Engineering.
Location: Hybrid (NYC). We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.
Your Impact
- Own growth measurement across Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and OursPrivacy, including event definitions, tracking plans, documentation, and ongoing QA. Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly mapped events and drive fixes with Engineering.
- Own and improve marketing attribution, including UTM standards, channel definitions, attribution windows, and acquisition-source persistence through onboarding and patient conversion.
- Reconcile advertising platform, Amplitude, and internal performance data. Explain discrepancies, monitor data quality, and establish consistent reporting definitions.
- Analyze paid social, paid search, influencer, organic, and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities to improve acquisition cost, conversion, and downstream patient outcomes.
- Assist in building creative tagging and reporting frameworks to evaluate concepts, hooks, formats, messaging, and creators. Translate performance patterns into recommendations for creative testing.
- Analyze landing page and onboarding funnels to diagnose drop-offs, accounting for traffic mix, device, patient cohorts, and time to convert.
- Partner with Growth and Growth Product to design and analyze A/B tests and incrementality studies, communicating uncertainty and distinguishing attributed conversions from incremental impact.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance readouts that explain what changed, why it matters, and what to do next. Proactively surface opportunities and risks..
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product analytics, with demonstrated ownership of measurement and analysis. Experience in healthcare, consumer subscriptions, or a comparable acquisition-focused business is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and experience combining advertising, behavioral, and business data. Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI or dashboarding tools.
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude or a comparable event analytics platform, including funnels, cohorts, event taxonomy, and tracking validation.
- Experience building or improving marketing attribution, including UTMs, identity resolution, conversion windows, and reconciliation of platform and internal results.
- Working knowledge of event routing and server-side measurement, with the ability to define implementation requirements and troubleshoot with Engineering. OursPrivacy experience is a plus.
- Experience analyzing paid marketing and creative performance, including CAC, conversion lag, audience and spend differences, and attribution limitations.
- Sound understanding of experimental design, statistical uncertainty, and incrementality. Ability to translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
- Comfort working independently, prioritizing competing questions, and building reliable processes in an evolving environment.
