Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are seeking a Testing Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Five (5) years relevant experience.
- Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing.
- Experience in an Agile environment. Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
- Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
- Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
- Experience supervising a team of test specialist and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
- Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
- Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
- Translates complex program requirements into testable objectives.
- Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
- Manages and works effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
- Applies complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
- Develops overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules. Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
- Applies test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
- Leads analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
- Applies use cases and user stories to create test cases.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $100,000 - $150,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees
