职责
· 项目特定安全设计：进行安全审查，为数据驱动和AI驱动的系统设计安全架构，包括AWS、Azure和GCP上的云环境
· 风险评估：专注于数据安全和LLM及AI模型相关漏洞，进行威胁建模活动（例如LLM应用的OWASP Top 10）
· 合规支持：协助项目满足监管和合规要求，包括GDPR、ISO 27001、NIS2和欧盟AI法案
· 咨询与利益相关者沟通：参与客户讨论，明确安全需求，并确保安全相关决策和控制措施的正确文档记录
要求
· 至少4–5年的相关IT安全经验
· 深入了解云安全架构和最佳实践
· 熟练掌握数据保护和数据安全技术，包括加密、数据脱敏和访问管理
· 能够独立工作，并在动态的中小企业环境中有效适应
· 英语和匈牙利语专业水平

· 通用/管理认证：CISSP、CISM或CRISC
· 云/技术认证：CCSP、AWS认证安全或微软认证：Azure安全工程师
· AI/数据安全认证：CIPP/E或任何与AI安全、LLM安全或AI治理相关的专业培训或认证

We're Hiflylabs, a vibrant team of 250+ data and tech enthusiasts based in Budapest. From data engineering to data science, artificial intelligence and application development, we work on a wide range of projects around the world.
We are looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist to join our team delivering custom data and AI solutions. If you are seeking a part-time position and would like to contribute your expertise to innovative, high-tech projects, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities
· Project-Specific Security Design: Conduct security reviews and design secure architectures for data-driven and AI-powered systems, including cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP
· Risk Assessment: Perform threat modeling activities with a strong focus on data security and vulnerabilities related to LLMs and AI models (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications)
· Compliance Support: Assist projects in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and the EU AI Act
· Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in client discussions, clarify security requirements, and ensure proper documentation of security-related decisions and controls
Requirements
· At least 4–5 years of relevant IT security experience
· In-depth knowledge of cloud security architectures and best practices
· Solid hands-on experience with data protection and data security technologies, including encryption, data masking and access management
· Ability to work independently and adapt effectively to a dynamic SME environment
· Professional working proficiency in both English and Hungarian
Nice to have
· General / Management Certifications: CISSP, CISM or CRISC
· Cloud / Technical Certifications: CCSP, AWS Certified Security or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer
· AI / Data Security Certifications: CIPP/E or any specialized training or certification related to AI Security, LLM Security or AI Governance
