The Salesforce Consultant will help support a wide range of business processes, systems, and managed service projects. The ideal candidate has prior Salesforce consulting experience and isn't afraid of a challenge. You will work closely with our team of consultants on a variety of clients and support tasks for our private sector clients.

CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $75,000 - $90,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities.

• Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for a variety of client needs.

• Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management.

• Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements per client requirements.

• Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take necessary action to ensure optimal system performance.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution and escalation when needed.

• Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases.

• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information, recommend leading practices, and present associated technical process components.

• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

What You'll Bring:

• 1–4 years of professional consulting experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple client tickets simultaneously without sacrificing strict attention to detail.

• 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (e.g., creating fields, page layouts, workflows, or flows).

• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• A proactive self-starter who can work seamlessly both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

Required Certs:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

• Experience in consulting is required.
