- 提供关于EDMS迁移、档案管理、信息治理和文档生命周期管理的专业指导。
要求
- 信息管理、工程、计算机科学、生命科学、质量或相关领域的硕士学历或同等学历。
- 在EDMS和档案管理、信息治理或文档生命周期管理方面有丰富的专业经验。
- 至少领导过两个涉及多个存储库的大规模文档迁移项目。
- 在制定迁移策略、预算、资源模型、试点计划和迁移路线图方面有丰富经验。
- 具有Documentum、OpenText、Veeva QualityDocs、SharePoint或类似企业存储平台的实际操作经验。
- 在制药、生命科学、医疗器械或高度监管的行业有经验。

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team and contribute to a strategic enterprise-wide transformation program. As a Senior EDMS Migration Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future document management landscape.
Key Responsabilities :
- Lead the Document Management & Migration workstream during the feasibility phase of the program.
- Define the end-to-end document migration strategy, including migration rules, scope, governance, and decision frameworks.
- Develop migration roadmaps, pilot approaches, migration waves, and execution plans.
- Build and validate migration cost models, budgets, and business case recommendations.
- Coordinate activities across Business Process Owners, Data Analysts, Quality teams, Records Management, IT, Architecture, Procurement, and implementation partners.
- Define migration principles covering metadata mapping, document cleansing, deduplication, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
- Challenge migration methodologies, estimates, and assumptions proposed by vendors and system integrators.
- Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations for program governance committees.
- Provide expert guidance on EDMS migrations, records management, information governance, and document lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Quality, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience mainly in EDMS and Records Management, Information Governance, or Document Lifecycle Management.
- Proven leadership of at least two large-scale document migration programs involving multiple repositories.
- Strong experience building migration strategies, budgets, resource models, pilot plans, and migration roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Documentum, OpenText, Veeva QualityDocs, SharePoint, or similar enterprise repositories.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or highly regulated industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
