We are now entering the next phase: evolving from a software provider into a full solution and ecosystem player across hardware, software, and manufacturing networks.
Your role:
As a Customer Success Manager, your core mission is to deeply understand our North American customers' operational needs and translate them into tailored software solutions. You will partner closely with customers throughout their lifecycle to optimize their processes, while also supporting pre-sales discussions and technical demos to showcase value to prospective clients. Duties may also include assisting with the management of our US GovCloud instances. This is a fully remote position with limited travel required, reporting directly to the Senior Technical Project Manager for North America.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Pre-Sales: Provide technical support for North American clients and assist the sales team with technical software demonstrations and pre-sales technical discussions
- Project Execution: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders from project kickoff to successful closure, ensuring deliverables meet technical and operational scope
- Requirements & Scoping: Gather detailed technical requirements, scope project activities, define timelines, and estimate activity durations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and technical proposals.
What you bring:
- Citizenship: US Citizenship is required (due to US GovCloud access and security requirements)
- Education: BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical application support, customer success, or project management delivering software solutions to enterprise customers
- Domain Expertise: Experience operating within the defense and security sector, backed by a broad engineering foundation in design, simulation, scanning, and conventional manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing (AM) software and workflows is considered a plus.
- Technical Skills: Experience with software implementation, systems deployment, and standard agile/traditional project management tools
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
