· 精通数字工地：你将在Buildertrend中担任运营核心，设置项目资料，管理图纸日志，并保持有条理的工作流程，使现场团队始终能够即时访问准确的项目文件。
- 保持时间表同步：你将把主项目计划从Microsoft Project转移到Buildertrend，确保每日进展和每周展望时间表反映实时现场操作。
- 消除项目延误：你将主动整理RFI，汇总提交包，并跟踪材料选择，使现场主管和供应商永远不会经历可避免的停机时间。
- 保护运营完整性：你将审核每日日志，核对分包商和供应商发票与已完成的时间段。

What We Do
At Outsource Access,we help premier residential custom home builders and high-end renovation firms keep their construction projects running seamlessly.We don't just log daily site updates and track tasks—we make sure digital job sites,schedules,and operational workflows operate with total precision and zero bottlenecks.
How You’ll Make a Difference
· Mastering the Digital Job Site:You will serve as the operational backbone in Buildertrend,setting up project profiles,managing drawing logs,and maintaining organized workflows so field teams always have instant access to accurate project files.
- Keeping Timelines Synchronized:You will translate master project schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend,ensuring daily progress and weekly look-ahead schedules reflect real-time field operations.
- Eliminating Project Delays:You will proactively compile RFIs,assemble submittal packages,and track material selections so field superintendents and suppliers never experience preventable downtime.
- Protecting Operational Integrity:You will audit daily logs,verify incoming subcontractor and supplier invoices against completed schedule phases,

· Construction-Minded & Detail-Obsessed: You have a solid understanding of residential construction phases and terminology, with an eye for spotting schedule variances and managing moving pieces with high precision.
- Proactive & Clear Communicator: You excel at professional written and verbal English communication, seamlessly coordinating between project managers, field superintendents, and external trade partners.
- Structured & Reliable Operator: You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of administrative workflows, and ensure open items like RFIs and material approvals never fall through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy: You bring hands-on experience using Buildertrend for project management, familiarity reading Microsoft Project schedules, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and team collaboration tools like Slack.
- Your Home Office: You operate from a dedicated, private, distraction-free home workspace in the Philippines equipped with a high-performance computer, dual monitors, high-speed fiber internet with backup solutions, and a noise-canceling headset.
