Addmore Services is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) background and proven experience handling the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the Middle East.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present the company's AEC-related services.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Work toward assigned lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- AEC industry background is required.
- Previous Middle East market experience is required.
- Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Good understanding of AEC services and the construction industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in communicating with clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
- Must be available to join immediately.
