🚀 Join our team as a Sr. Disability Finance Analyst! We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with disability industry experience to support financial operations, payment processes, and reporting initiatives.
💼 What You'll Bring
✅ 5+ years of experience with a TPA or insurance carrier in the disability industry
✅ 5+ years of disability payment and financial operations experience
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✅ Advanced Excel and computer skills 💻
✅ Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting 📈
✅ Knowledge of online accounting systems and securities transaction tax processes
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills 🗣️
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively 🤝
✅ Disability tax and/or disability industry knowledge preferred
