About Infiterra
Join our mission to grow and transform the subscription economy by simplifying subscription service delivery.
Infiterra enables IT distributors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and telcos to succeed in the subscription economy. Our subscription commerce platform automates and unifies subscription workflows - from quote to bill- driving operational efficiency, billing accuracy, and scalable growth.
Recognized as a global leader in subscription commerce, Infiterra combines innovation, performance excellence, and trusted expertise to help partners transform and grow.
At Infiterra, we are growing our teams with care, intention, and a strong focus on quality. Hiring the right people is one of the most important ways we protect our culture, support business growth, and strengthen the employee experience.
We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner whose focus will be in taking ownership of our hiring needs while also leading broader HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys attracting talent, influencing hiring managers, and leading people processes — someone who can be a partner and balance strong execution with thoughtful judgment.
About The Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be part of the People team and will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and senior stakeholders across the company.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strong ownership. You will own end-to-end recruitment process, attract talent, guide hiring teams, improve candidate experience, and help us make thoughtful hiring decisions. This is the primary focus of the role.
Alongside talent acquisition, you'll contribute to and/or own People projects and broader HR activities — such as Employer Branding, Onboarding, and Performance Management cycles, Learning and Development etc. — depending on business priorities.
Why You'd Want to Work Here

  • You'll have real influence over how Infiterra attracts, hires and onboards people.
  • You’ll have direct exposure to leadership: you'll work closely with the hiring managers across the business, giving you visibility beyond most TA roles.
  • This is a role that requires flexibility. Priorities may shift between recruitment, HR projects, and urgent business needs, so the right person should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and switching context when needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with deep Talent Acquisition expertise who also brings hands-on experience across other HR areas — able to support and contribute to projects outside recruitment when priorities call for it.
You should be confident managing senior-level conversations, structured in the way you run hiring processes, and thoughtful in how you assess both skills and values. You are likely to thrive in this role if you:

  • Take ownership and follow through without needing close supervision.
  • Move fluidly between owning strategic talent acquisition and contributing to HR projects, without losing quality on either.
  • Build trust quickly with different stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
  • Care about both speed and quality.
  • Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully.
  • Enjoy improving processes, not just following them.
  • Are comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Can balance operational work with a people-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to interviews, feedback collection, offer support, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, improve interview quality, and support clear hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, using direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, with clear communication, timely updates, structured interviews, and a professional representation of Infiterra.
  • Improve recruitment practices and tools, including job descriptions, scorecards, interview guides, hiring workflows, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, helping new hires transition smoothly and contributing to a consistent employee experience.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner to selected teams, coaching managers, supporting team changes, and advising on people matters.
  • Lead and contribute to broader People Function initiatives, such as engagement actions, performance review cycles, employer branding, and process improvements and owning selected projects end to end.

Qualifications
Required

  • Solid experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced technology, SaaS, or international business environment
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn and direct outreach.
  • Ability to assess both technical/role-related skills and behavioral fit.
  • Proven track record owning full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Solid working knowledge of core HR operations: onboarding, policy administration, and employee relations basics.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS/ATS systems and producing clean, accurate reporting.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience hiring for technical or product roles (e.g. software, telecom/BSS, or SaaS environments).

Preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Greek employment law and statutory compliance policy requirements.
  • Prior experience in a scaling company where the HR function was still being built out.

Benefits

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Health and life insurance program.
  • Learning & development budget.
  • Tech-driven, friendly team with an international mindset.

If you feel you’re a great fit, please apply! We’d love to hear from you!
All applications will be treated with confidentiality. Please note that due to the high volume of CVs received, only candidates who are a good fit will be contacted for an interview.
