The overarching goal of the Finance & Logistics & Customer Care department — ensuring reliable, timely and patient-focused delivery of Sobi's products, including in urgent and emergency situations — is strongly connected with the purpose and responsibilities of this role. Building a genuine understanding of how demand is generated, including patient-driven demand, and translating this understanding into robust, well-coordinated supply and logistics execution is a high-impact responsibility within Sobi, directly contributing to patient supply reliability across the DACH region.
The role covers local S&OP and demand planning activities, logistics launch readiness, and close coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Quality, including acting as the local IFS system contact. It also carries finance-related interfaces — including net sales and volume reporting, Gross-to-Net administration and period close support — and coordination tasks connected to the Order-to-Cash process and the day-to-day operations of the customer care team.
The candidate works closely with other members of the Finance & Logistics department, local cross-functional teams, and Regulatory Affairs and Quality to prepare and support demand, supply and finance-related tasks — and, where urgent situations require it, contributes directly e.g. to emergency deliveries so patients receive their treatment without delay.

At Sobi, we refuse to accept the status quo. This is because we have witnessed first-hand the challenges facing those affected by rare diseases, and have used this knowledge to shape our business to find new ways of helping them.
As a specialized biopharmaceutical company, we are dedicated to rare diseases. And we see this focus as a strength. By effectively turning our research into ground-breaking treatments, we help make medicine more accessible and open up more possibilities for patients and more opportunities for those caring for them. This has been our approach since day one, but we know we can’t change the world of rare diseases on our own. Together, we define how our business can create solutions that serve the needs of those affected by rare diseases while facilitating sustainable growth.
