Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has openings for Medical Malpractice Attorneys who have experience practicing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. We are looking for all levels of experience from partnership to 3 years of experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities.
The ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience specializing in medical malpractice/healthcare litigation matters. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:

• Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.

• Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations.

• Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;

• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;

• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
