我们正在为一位瑞典客户招聘 Java 开发者，该开发者将参与开发一款自动化业务流程的产品，确保业务流程顺畅运行，并消除在商业谈判中重新计算各种产品配置所需的时间。
职责：
- 作为 Java 开发者，你将开发一家国际软件公司的核心 CPQ 软件，构建可扩展的解决方案，这些方案将成为该公司标准产品的一部分；
- 你将实现功能需求，以增强公司核心软件的功能性、可用性和性能，确保其满足不断变化的业务需求；
- 你将在一个由客户设计的创新框架上工作，该框架使用 Java 编写，如果需要，你也可以积极地参与其开发过程，推动其成长和演变；

要求：
- 5 年以上软件开发经验；
- 扎实的 Java 技术能力，能够构建可扩展的后端系统（具备其他现代技术栈的经验也受青睐）；
- 能够跨技术栈工作（JavaScript、TypeScript 优先）；
- 具备 CI/CD 和云工具（如 Docker、Kubernetes、AWS）的经验；
- 实用的问题解决能力和价值交付意识；
- 英语流利。

About project:
We are looking for a Java Developer for our Swedish client who will participate in developing a product to automate business processes, ensuring they run smoothly and eliminating the need to spend time on recalculating various product configurations during business negotiations.
Responsibility:
- As a Java Developer you will be developing the core CPQ software for an international software company, building scalable solutions that will become part of the company’s standard product offering;
- You will be implementing feature requirements to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of the company’s core software, ensuring it meets evolving business needs;
- You will be working on an innovative framework designed by the client, written in Java, and if desired, contributing actively to its development process, shaping its growth and evolution;
- You will be collaborating within a diverse international team, including architects, and developers with varied backgrounds and seniority levels, maintaining close contact with Product Management for alignment on project goals;
- You will be working within an agile methodology, participating in sprints and adapting to iterative development processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development;
- Solid Java skills and confidence in building scalable backend systems (experience with other modern stacks is also valued);
- Comfortable working across the stack (JavaScript, TypeScript a plus);
- Experience with CI/CD and cloud tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS;
- A practical approach to solving problems and delivering value;
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- SaaS experience;
- Familiarity with test automation;
- DevOps mindset.
