你将负责
- 直接与创始人办公室合作，推进高优先级业务运营项目
- 识别运营瓶颈，并建立简单、可扩展的流程来解决它们
- 使用 AI 和自动化消除重复性工作，提高团队效率
- 支持在美国市场建立和扩展招聘运营
- 解决没有既定方案的模糊问题
- 全程负责项目，并向创始团队清晰地汇报进展

工作时间：晚上 9 点至凌晨 6 点 IST / 下午 6 点至凌晨 3 点 IST / 晚上 11 点至早上 8 点 IST（任选一个时段）
每月补贴：INR 15,000 - 25,000 支付结构 - {15K 固定（10k 基础 + 5K 夜班补贴）+ 10K 绩效工资}

Weekday is building the modern recruiting infrastructure for companies hiring exceptional talent. We operate at the intersection of technology, recruiting, and operations, with a strong bias toward speed, experimentation, and execution.
The Role
We’re looking for 2 highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office.
This is not a “shadow the founders and make slides” internship. You’ll work on real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, process improvement, and special projects (0 to 1)—and be expected to take ownership from idea to execution. You’ll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup establishes operations at scale, and will work closely with the founding team on high-priority initiatives. Opportunity to turn the internship into a longer-term role based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Founder’s Office on high-priority business operations projects
- Identify operational bottlenecks and build simple, scalable processes to solve them
- Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve team efficiency
- Support in setting up & scaling recruiting operations across the US market
- Take on ambiguous problems where there is no predefined playbook
- Own projects end-to-end and communicate progress clearly to the founding team
What We’re Looking For
- Extremely high ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
- Prior experience in working US hours is a plus—but not required
Work Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM IST / 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 11 PM to 8 AM IST (Any one slot)
MonthlyStipend: INR 15,000 - 25,000 Payout Structure - {15K Fixed (10k base + 5K Night Shift allowance) + 10K Performance Pay}
