ONCE HERE YOU WILL
- Define and evolve our global motion language across products, embedding it into the design system as reusable patterns.
- Lead motion design for high-impact product areas, balancing usability, performance, and brand.
- Translate concepts like trust and delight into functional motion patterns.
- Partner with design, engineering, research, and brand to integrate motion into workflows and product strategy.
- Mentor designers and raise the bar on motion craft, including critique rituals and execution benchmarks.
- Ensure motion works across devices, markets, bandwidth, and accessibility standards (e.g., prefers-reduced-motion), partnering with localization and accessibility teams.
- Use AI tools to scale the practice, and define metrics tying motion to usability, adoption, and retention.Define and evolve our global motion language across products, embedding it into the design system as reusable patterns.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading motion design for digital products at scale.
- Expertise in animation, interaction design, and prototyping (After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, Figma, AI tools).
- Strong portfolio showing motion systems and end-to-end product work.
- Experience partnering with engineering to ship motion (CSS animations, Rive, native platforms).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and global motion standards.
