通过监督现场活动、推广安全工作实践，以及支持承包商实施有效的健康、安全与环境管理体系，确保完全符合 HSE 要求。
职位职责：
· 监督日常现场活动，确保符合 HSE 要求；
· 强制执行安全工作实践，在必要时制止不安全行为或状况；
· 审核并批准风险评估和作业方案（RAMS）；
· 确保正确实施作业许可、能量隔离、高空作业、起重和电气安全程序；
· 进行现场检查、审计和工具箱会议；
· 支持承包商解决 HSE 不符合项并实施纠正措施；
· 报告并调查事件、未遂事件和不安全行为。

HSE Supervisor / Inspector supporting large-scale renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, and BESS)
Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements by supervising site activities, promoting safe work practices, and supporting contractors in implementing effective Health, Safety & Environmental management systems.
Job Responsibilities:
· Monitor and supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements;
· Enforce safe work practices and stop unsafe acts or conditions when necessary;
· Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS);
· Ensure proper implementation of permit-to-work, LOTO, working at height, lifting, and electrical safety procedures;
· Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks;
· Support contractors in closing HSE non-conformities and implementing corrective actions;
· Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions;
· Act as the primary HSE point of contact between the client, contractors, and project management team.
Desired Experience and Skills:
· Proven experience as HSE Supervisor / HSE Inspector on Wind, Solar PV, and/or BESS projects;
· Minimum 3–5 years of on-site HSE experience in construction or industrial environments;
· Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and client-specific HSE standards;
· Experience with permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and toolbox talks;
· Ability to conduct HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations;
· Strong communication skills and ability to influence contractors and site teams;
· Fluency in both Romanian and English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage;
· Relevant HSE certifications such as GWO / NEBOSH / IOSH, or equivalent are mandatory.
