你将负责
- 与招聘人员和招聘经理合作，了解岗位需求和招聘优先级
- 主动通过 LinkedIn、招聘网站和其他创意渠道寻找候选人
- 进行初步简历审查和电话面试，评估候选人的资格、技能和文化契合度
- 安排面试并协调整个招聘过程中的候选人沟通
- 在我们的申请人跟踪系统（ATS）Greenhouse 中维护准确且最新的候选人记录
- 根据需要协助招聘项目和流程改进
- 在每个阶段都为候选人提供积极且专业的体验
经验与要求
- 1-3 年在快节奏的企业招聘或媒体代理机构的工作经验
- 1 年以上使用 ATS 的经验；有 Greenhouse 经验者优先
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
- 能够在快节奏、以增长为导向的环境中管理多项优先任务
- 严谨的细节关注能力和组织能力
- 能够熟练使用各种工具和系统

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta’s rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed.
Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco) or remote.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
Experience & Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or media agency setting
- 1+ years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
